Overview
As an expert advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and regulatory authorities governing pan‑Canadian insurers. Your role involves establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with regulators, coordinating all surveillance activities, inspections, and action plans produced in response to regulatory recommendations, and reporting quarterly on outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for all communication with regulatory authorities, including the Autorité des marchés financiers, L’Organisme canadien de réglementation des investissements, and the Ontario Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
- Build, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with regulators based on credibility, transparency, consistency, and professionalism.
