Position Summary

The AJISS Condition Based Monitoring Specialist is responsible for establishing a Condition Based Program using Equipment Health Monitoring (EHM) techniques for the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) and Joint Support Ship (JSS) Classes. The CBM Engineer will establish EHM, analyse the data, provide recommendations for improvement and implement approved processes.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop the CBM program for the AOPS and JSS Classes aligned with DND EHM policies and procedures.
• Communicate with customers as the primary technical interface.
