**Concierge / Property Manager Assistant position.
** Here's what we are looking for:- Woman, in good health, 25 to 40 years old.
- Desirable experience in the property management field.
- Desirable experience in vacation rentals.
- Attention to detail.
- Great customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Problem-resolution skills.
- Wide availability of hours (may need to work on the weekends) and an excellent attitude.
- Advanced English level.Listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are a must.
- Spreadsheets and Google Drive knowledge.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Good knowledge of the city.
- Able to work remotely when needed with mínimal supervision.
