Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Contract & Compliance Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the full lifecycle of agent/partner contracts and compliance processes. You will play a key role in ensuring contractual accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while acting as a bridge between business and Legal/Compliance teams.

If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to balance compliance requirements with business needs, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do ⭐

• Draft, review, analyze, and manage the full lifecycle of agent/partner contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance;

• Develop and improve compliance review mechanisms for agents/partners, regularly assessing operational risks and preparing compliance reports;

• Act as a communication bridge between the business team and Legal/Compliance departments, coordinating and resolving matters related to contract execution and compliance;
