Compliance Specialist

Overview

As a Junior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the business’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and group policies. Your duties will include coordinating with local management and the Compliance Officer to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and monitoring the company’s adherence to these standards.

How you'll make an impact

• Provide consultancy and guidance on compliance matters and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices in business units.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory issues with surveillance and control entities – relations with government entities.
• Support enforcement of local applicable regulation (SUSEP).
• Assist with local AML risk administration system, and local enterprise risk management.
