Compliance Officer (Xico)

• Lead governance in a hyper-regulated, high-impact environment.
• Build and elevate the company's entire compliance framework.
• Oversee and continuously improve the risk management model, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry requirements.
• Establish, formalize, and elevate corporate governance processes, policies, and decision-making structures.
• Lead the organization's ethics and integrity program, including the whistleblowing channel and internal investigations.
• Prepare and present executive-level compliance and risk reports for the CEO and Board.
