Compliance Officer Startup (Actividades Vulnerables) (Xico)

Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in the company, updating compliance manuals and leading key projects in collaboration with internal areas.

• Draft, update and supervise the implementation of compliance manuals related to the LFPIORPI.
• Ensure compliance with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI), its Guidelines and Rules‑Mutual, Loans or Credits.
• Coordinate and supervise the reports of operations before the UIF (Financial Intelligence Unit).
• Lead projects and coordinate with internal areas to ensure effective implementation of compliance processes.
• Train internal staff in money‑laundering prevention and regulatory compliance.
