Job Description
Lead compliance initiatives as a Compliance Officer for a Toronto-based investment fund manager. Own the compliance program and ensure adherence to all regulations and standards. You will be the primary compliance expert, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and senior leadership. Your role includes day-to-day compliance monitoring, regulatory oversight under NI 31-103, and administration of AML/ATF programs. With at least 4 to 6 years of relevant compliance experience, you will support portfolio management and strengthen ongoing regulatory relationships. Key Responsibilities
Monitor compliance across registered fund activities daily Oversee AML/ATF program including KYC and transaction monitoring Review marketing materials and fund disclosure documents Assist with OSC examinations and regulatory filings Provide guidance to portfolio and operations teams Requirements
