Take on the role of Complaint Intake Analyst with Engineers and Geoscientists BC in Burnaby, managing the complaint intake process from start to finish. You will be the first point of contact for all complaint inquiries.
Engineers and Geoscientists BC is seeking a Complaint Intake Analyst to facilitate the effective intake of complaints. Your role will include managing the complaints email inbox, conducting preliminary assessments, and drafting formal letters. You will also analyze complaints and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper investigation and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the complaint intake process effectively
• Gather and assess evidence for complaints received
• Communicate with complainants through email and phone
• Organize and manage documentation related to complaints
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the complaint tracking system
Requirements:
• Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree is preferred
