Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Compensation and Total Rewards Consultant develops, implements, and administers the Corporation’s total rewards framework, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with legislation, collective agreements, and corporate policies.
Work Performed
Lead and administer the Corporation’s compensation framework, including salary structures, pay administration practices, and internal equity reviews.
Administer and maintain job evaluation programs, including:
Joint Job Evaluation (JJE) processes
Non-union job evaluation frameworks
Development and maintenance of job descriptions
