As a Compensation Specialist, you will play a key role in processing compensation‑related transactions for members of our distribution networks and support the sales team and distribution partners with compensation questions and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by email and phone to the sales team or distribution networks regarding advisor compensation.
• Analyze, process, and explain complex situations, and propose clear and precise solutions.
• Act as a reference for the sales team by explaining compensation rules as well as the various types of bonuses and commissions.
• Use multiple computer systems daily to process requests, make changes to files, and follow up accordingly.
