:
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in our Compensation programing, administering our annual compensation plans and processes and data analytics and reporting, as well as identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for executing our annual compensation plans and processes including salary, bonus, incentive plans and our employee Total Value Statement, in our HRIS in collaboration with Business HR leads. Support the Business HR Teams with recruitment and talent management activities as it relates to compensation.
