We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in the Toronto office and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Associate in Mercer’s Compensation Consulting practice, you will collaborate on challenging compensation and total rewards consulting engagements for companies of all sizes and across all industries, designing and implementing workforce strategies that help attract and retain top talent. You will take ownership of projects, working directly with clients while overseeing analytical work that informs the design, review, and implementation of workforce and executive compensation programs. The role also includes contributing to business growth by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and creating thought leadership materials such as whitepapers and presentations.
