Become a Compassionate Disability Support Worker dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients in their homes. This full-time role requires a caring touch and varied availability.
We seek individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience supporting persons with physical disabilities. This dynamic position includes personal care, cooking nutritious meals, and providing emotional support. Flexibility in shifts, including weekends and nights, is essential for this role’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal and bedside care to clients
• Understand and assist clients with bathing and hygiene
• Prepare and serve healthy meals catered to client needs
• Manage household laundry and cleaning duties
• Provide companionship and engage in light conversation
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of caregiving experience preferred
• First Aid Certification necessary
• Available for various shifts including nights
