As a Continuing Care Assistant, your duties will involve visiting multiple clients daily and providing necessary personal assistance, including grooming and bathing. Your work will enhance the lives of those you care for, ensuring they can continue living independently while receiving the support they require for everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with personal care and hygiene
• Complete several home visits each day
• Help clients with daily living tasks
• Maintain a safe environment for clients
• Report health updates to the team
Requirements:
• CCA designation mandatory
• Required experience in providing personal care
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Negative TB Test documentation
