Join the Public Safety Department as the Community Safety Team (CST) Manager, a role dedicated to strengthening the safety, well‑being, and resiliency of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw. Through a trauma‑informed, culturally grounded, community‑centered approach, you will oversee the frontline Community Safety Team—supporting prevention, intervention, education, and safety initiatives across our communities. In this leadership role, you will guide CST operations, build strong relationships with community members, coordinate with policing and social service partners, and support strategic and operational planning within the Public Safety Department.
