Key Responsibilities:
• Provide treatment programs for older adult patients
• Work independently and in team settings
• Deliver daily care from early morning to evening
• Travel for community healthcare delivery as needed
• Participate in training and supervision events
Requirements:
• SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Experience in a support worker role
• Experience with older people is desired...
