This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all properties are managed in accordance with company standards and legal requirements. The licensed Community Manager fosters strong resident communication, supervises on-site staff, and coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
