Become a catalyst for change as Executive Director at the Elizabeth Fry Society of Mainland Nova Scotia in Halifax. Advocate for marginalized individuals through strategic leadership and impactful programs.
As Executive Director, you will lead and innovate EFMNS’s mission to support women, girls, and gender-diverse people affected by systemic inequalities. Collaborating closely with the Board, you will optimize resource management and community outreach for organizational sustainability. Promote anti-oppressive frameworks and restorative practices in all operations.
