Job Description
Lead library services and community events as the Community Events and Library Operations Director on a maternity leave replacement. Deliver outstanding programs and services to enrich community life.
In this strategic role, you will report to the Director and be responsible for managing library operations, staff oversight, and aligning departmental strategies with community objectives. Your experience will help enhance programming and cultural offerings to foster social development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define objectives and priorities for library services
• Manage the department’s financial and human resources
• Supervise various staff roles and conduct performance reviews
• Collaborate on building management with blue-collar teams
