Step into a vibrant role as a Brand Ambassador for the BCLC Community Outreach Tour. Use your customer service and leadership skills at open-air events to connect with your community!
This part-time position will see you engaging with attendees across Northern BC and the Lower Mainland. You’ll lead fun activities, answer questions, and ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience while informing them about community initiatives. Flexibility with training and event schedules is paramount as you contribute to the brand’s positive image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive early to prepare for events
• Provide exceptional customer engagement
• Manage setup and takedown of event logistics
• Track issues and report them promptly
• Support team leads in daily operations
