Job Description
Enhance municipal growth as a Community Development Analyst. Focus on policy writing, project management, and supporting key planning initiatives within the community.
This role targets a proactive individual who is passionate about urban development and community engagement. Responsibilities include implementing the Municipal Development Plan, processing subdivision applications, and collaborating on Area Structure Plans. The candidate will also review current processes to ensure compliance with legislation and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and implement community development policies
• Facilitate the review of the Municipal Development Plan
• Process applications for subdivision and bylaws
• Conduct community feedback consultations
• Monitor processes for legislative alignment

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or a related area
• Registered Professional Planner status preferred
