Commissioning Manager - Accelerator

Job Description Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Commissioning Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Project Office in the west end of Toronto, Ontario, requiring the candidate to be in the office Monday to Friday weekly.

Responsibilities

• Work with contractors to define and implement the commissioning strategy and plan for assets delivered through the LIFT Program.
• Attend key design reviews and support the design process.
• Review and assure the contractor’s testing and commissioning plan.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning phase of the program(s).
• Provide technical guidance and subject‑matter expertise to the team as needed.
• Collaborate with various internal and external program stakeholders to coordinate commissioning activities.
• Conduct site observation surveys and prepare field reports on project status and completion, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
