About The Role
Sales Operations professionals enable high-performance go-to-market (GTM) teams by driving operational excellence, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. They partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Compensation, and Systems teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of the sales process. The role is responsible to ensure quota planning and execution is smooth and in time to enable our commercial teams across acquisition and expansion.
What The Candidate Will Do- Support and manage core GTM processes such as forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory design, and quota setting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational gaps and recommend scalable solutions
