Become an integral part of our leasing team as a Senior Leasing Manager for commercial retail and office spaces. Focus on tenant relations and strategic project management.
Reporting to the VP of Leasing, this Senior Leasing Manager role focuses on overseeing commercial retail and office project leasing. Strong negotiation skills, market insight, and a focus on tenant accounts are essential. You will negotiate lease proposals, manage expiries, and ensure tenant satisfaction across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare leasing agreements and proposals under management
• Track tenancy expirations and negotiate accordingly
• Canvass for new tenant opportunities
