Job Description

Our client, a law firm centrally located in Surrey, is seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their legal team. This is an opportunity to join a busy team and expand your commercial real estate knowledge.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Managing and organizing files
Conduct searches and due diligence
Draft and review legal documents
Coordinate with clients, legal professionals, and third parties
Prepare closing materials, handle trust transactions, and finalize reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal, ideally in Commercial Real Estate.
Advanced computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office
Paralegal certificate or degree from a recognized institution and/or relevant experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
