Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate you will support a senior team by establishing your own client portfolio and managing all stages of the sales cycle.
- Conduct business development activities by identifying and qualifying leads and contacts.
- Lead on‑site tours of properties for clients and prospects.
- Maintain records of correspondence within the CRM+ database.
- Execute and assist with deal transactions, including listing/commission agreements, leases, offers and sales agreements.
Qualifications
- Experience with business development and/or sales activities, such as cold‑calling and market research.
- Strong judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining professionalism and maturity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels.
