A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing property team.

The role will involve handling a broad mix of commercial property matters including:

▪️ Acquisitions & disposals

▪️ Secured lending and remortgages

▪️ Landlord & tenant work

▪️ Leases, renewals & licences

▪️ Auction transactions

▪️ Pension scheme property matters

▪️ Land Registry applications

▪️ Management company work

The firm is looking for someone with solid technical knowledge, strong organisational skills, and confidence managing a varied caseload.
