A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Litigation department. This role supports a broad range of commercial litigation matters and is ideal for a lawyer with strong advocacy, drafting, and file management skills who is looking to continue building a sophisticated litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial litigation files from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motion materials, correspondence, and other litigation documents

Attend court appearances, discoveries, mediations, and hearings

Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on litigation matters

Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
