Commercial Lines Account Associate, Professional Liability

About The Role We’re looking for a strong Commercial Account Associate to support our professional liabilities accounts in Toronto. This role involves working closely with the Senior Vice President of the Professional Liabilities team and requires someone who is responsive, has strong time management skills, and has good knowledge of professional liability insurance. This is an ideal role for someone with strong technical and systems experience.

What You’ll Do

• Day-to-day activities for clients and prospects
• File management, and preparation of client renewal packages (certificates, summaries, etc.)
• Timely issuance of submissions, binders, summaries, policies, etc.
• Effective communication with clients and third parties; answering client inquiries and communicating with insurance companies
• Effective management of the abeyance system
• Negotiation and use of EPIC
