As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates for an In‑House position as Commercial Leasing Counsel located in our Head Office in Guelph, ON.
Compensation
Starting at $135,000.00 annually plus bonus.
Job Description
The Commercial Leasing Counsel will work as an integral part of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Team in collaboration with the Portfolio Management Document Services team to negotiate, draft, and review all retail and industrial leasing documentation, deal with commercial landlord and tenant disputes, and generally identify leasing‑related legal and business liabilities, provide actionable legal advice and recommendations. This role also ensures the efficient delivery of legal services as they pertain to Skyline's core real estate business.
