This role spans from apprentice to journeyman, highlighting both skill development and community involvement. You’ll engage in on-call rotations while receiving necessary training and resources to succeed in your tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and service HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Ensure first-time fixes on service calls
• Participate actively in on-call and overtime rotations
• Travel to various locations for service and training
• Collaborate with experienced technicians for skill-building
