Job Description
Commercial Manager Reports to: Vice President of Finance
Annual Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience
Location: Vancouver, BC

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Commercial Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting franchisee financial performance across the business.
Responsibilities Financially Critical Bakery Support
Monitor cash flow and financial performance of at‑risk franchisee locations
Identify financial risks early and support the development of recovery plans
Track progress against recovery milestones and maintain accurate reporting records
Support repayment plans for outstanding franchisee debts
