The role of Independent Contractor encompasses facilitating both classroom and on-road training sessions, alongside evaluating driver performance for vehicles in the specified weight range. Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of DOT regulations and have the tools to conduct successful programs while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct education sessions on vehicle safety and operational standards
• Perform road tests to assess driving proficiency
• Source effective training sites and assets as needed
• Ensure the availability of operational training materials
• Deliver training services ethically and professionally
Requirements:
• Extensive Class A driver training history is required
• Previous experience with electronic logging applications necessary
