Coordinate the management of the Valtra business within the assigned region, working jointly with dealers to develop actions and business plans to commercialize the full Valtra product portfolio (tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and planters).

Lead the execution of dealer retail processes within the assigned region to ensure delivery of the sales plan agreed upon between the factory and the dealer network;
