- Lead the planning, development, and execution of hardscape projects (concrete work, structural features, infrastructure, drainage systems, technology integration).
- Manage a $1M hardscape division, focusing on growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with developers, general contractors, builders, and architects to deliver high‑quality hardscape solutions.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
