A typical day would involve:
Monitoring daily system health dashboards including Splunk, Grafana and Control M for Digital Banking and core banking servicesReviewing and action Digital Banking tickets in ServiceNow following defined triage and documentation standardsAssisting with ticket updates, backlog management and ensuring proper categorization and assignmentSupporting Command Centre analysts with incident documentation including timelines, impact statements and communication updatesMonitoring recurring daily operational tasks across pre COB, COB and post COB activitiesEscalating anomalies or trends observed in dashboards and participate in team discussions on potential monitoring gaps You are:
