Become a vital member of our team as a Registered Practical Nurse in the Colposcopy and Cystoscopy Units, focusing on Person Centred Care during procedures.
As an RPN, your role will involve direct patient care, assisting with procedures in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a skilled care team. Your adaptability and professionalism will be essential in promoting excellent patient experiences and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in both Colposcopy and Cystoscopy procedures
• Support a Person Centred Care approach with patients
• Float to other areas within the OR & Related Services
• Participate in on-call duties for after-hours care
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum one year experience with Foley catheterization
• Knowledge in gynecological and urological care
• Excellent communication and organization skills
