Responsibilities
- Open and close the store and manage cash operations
- Assist with daily staff management and team coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and support sales activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members
- Ensure the overall smooth operation of the boutique
