Collector (Chihuahua)

To contact customers via phone in order to collect past due balances on their ALLDATA credit accounts. Give credit orientation to customers. Provide resolution to invoice and statement requests and direct customer calls. Analyze on‑hand information prior to contact customers to be able to answer customer questions related to their ALLDATA account balances.

• Making phone calls to collect payments from ALLDATA customers

• Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
