About the role:
The **3H - Collections Senior Representative** will be part of Collections Team; responsible for the management, monitoring, administration and collection of clients who are in arrears.
The Collections department is in charge of managing the portfolio in delinquency, through different means and collection channels; establishing strategies that allow achieving KPIs.
