Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and audit collection interactions for quality assurance
• Track KPIs and document performance findings

• Support User Acceptance Testing for system changes
• Analyze trends for actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 2 years of experience in collections or QA roles
