Collection Strategy Manager

**Role responsibilities**:- Building a team from scratch involving international experience of the Company.
- Development of methodology, motivation system, and KPI's for the Collection team.
- Creating an NPL management strategy using technical collection tools.
- Communication with the IT team and external contractors regarding the technical solutions integration.
- Being accountable for the Collection department results.
