Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Collection Analyst to join our Risk (Customer Value Management) team.
This role will focus on designing and optimizing collection strategies, improving recovery performance, and driving analytical initiatives across the collections lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with experience in consumer lending environments and is comfortable working with experimentation, automation, and large datasets.
You will partner closely with Risk, Operations, Tech, and Collections stakeholders to translate insights into scalable operational improvements.<...
