This moonlighting opportunity as a psychiatry resident involves conducting psychiatric assessments in a supportive and collegial atmosphere. You will work closely with psychotherapists and primary care providers, focusing on consultations while the therapist manages ongoing care. Supervised training ensures you build confidence and skills pertinent to modern mental health practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychiatric assessments as per training
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Ensure proper documentation with psychiatrist oversight
• Manage scheduling flexibly, aligning with residency hours
• Participate in clinical discussions and feedback sessions
Requirements:
• Currently a PGY4 or PGY5 psychiatry resident
