Join the effort to promote workplace safety as a Safety Coordinator in Cold Lake, Alberta. This temporary position emphasizes implementation of safety programs and regulatory compliance.
As the Safety Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Corporate Safety Manager and employees to create a safe work culture. This role consists of 60% office work and 40% field inspections, requiring solid analytical skills and hands-on coaching for employees. You will track safety statistics and conduct safety audits regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety training and orientation sessions
• Conduct hazard assessments for job sites
• Lead monthly safety meetings with the Operations team
