About the Role
:The Cold Chain Business Development Manager for WCSA Area is responsible to drive Cold chain Logistics by developing strong vertical value propositions, enabling Sales to win in the market, and expanding CCL product penetration by building innovative solutions as per market needs.
This role plays a key part in shaping and executing product strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams — including product, sales, customer service, execution and marketing — to ensure the successful development, launch, and continuous improvement of solution offerings. This position will also be responsible for guiding a team of professionals, fostering talent development, and ensuring best-in-class execution.
