Job Description
The **Cluster Groups & Events Manager** is responsible for leading and driving the Groups & Events business across the cluster hotels, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
This role manages the complete sales and planning cycle for corporate groups, conferences, social events, weddings, and other functions, while proactively developing business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. The Manager also oversees the Groups & Events Executive(s), ensuring smooth coordination and successful event execution from enquiry through post-event follow-up.
