Cloud Software Performance Engineer (Guadalajara)

In this role you will:Analyze and characterize customer's workloads to recommend system and/or OS configuration changes.Provide the customer with software Best Known Configuration (BKC) for best performance on Intel architecture.Identify software optimization opportunities, recommend best‐fit CPU SKU, and perform competitive evaluation.In the absence of a customer's specific workload, you will design (with the customer) and implement a proxy workload used for performance evaluation.Design, analyze, develop, validate, and debug software to optimize or enable hardware features on cloud, edge, and on‐prem deployment models.Specialize in specific technology domains including data services (ingestion, database, analytics), AI/DL/ML, and open source development projects.Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish), both technical and non‐technical.Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.Strong teamwork, problem‐solving and problem‐solving skills.Willing to lead or coordinate p...
