Cloud L2 Engineer
Job Description
The Cloud L2 Engineer supports and operates Gategroup’s global cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments. The role focuses on incident resolution, operational maintenance, and supporting cloud platform initiatives to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-efficient services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide L2 operational support for Azure and AWS environments
* Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure including VMs, networking, storage, and platform services
* Deploy and maintain cloud resources (VMs, Storage, NAT Gateways, Load Balancers/App Gateways, WAF etc.) using Terraform
* Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
* Support automation using PowerShell, CLI, or scripting tools
* Participate in cloud migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure lifecycle activities
* Participate in a global on-call rotation
